Summary of responsibilities:
The team is looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined individual to directly support our customers, sales and service teams. This role will take a multifaceted, hands-on approach to CNC manufacturing assisting with machine selection per customer application. This customer facing role will involve being directly involved in troubleshooting and training end users. This role will provide the opportunity to grow with the organization while being on the cutting edge of automation, robotics and machine tool utilization for the manufacturing industry.
What You Will Contribute:
- Grow in-depth technical knowledge of products the company represents
- Hands-on development and implementation of customer demonstrations to show capabilities of CNC equipment and automation
- Develop relationships with customers and third-party partners to recommend solutions based on assessments
- Grow skills of programming knowledge related to milling, turning and automation systems
- Work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot CNC related issues

Qualifications and Competencies:
- High school diploma required; completion of a manufacturing, engineering, or technical training program (vocational, associate degree, or certification) preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience with Haas machinery preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience running CNC equipment preferred but not required. Candidates with relevant coursework, internship experience, or strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
